The most important custom of the Twelve Days, in the area of Drama, are the disguises that are commonly used in the form of events in the days of the Epiphany. These events, with their general ethical framework, are local variations of the custom of the Twelve Days of Disguise, which have survived to this day with stunning vivacity in Macedonia, rescuing and continuing the tradition of the inhabitants.
